Notes on accuracy
- Rates are product values, not legal authority. The 7% / 11.5% PASI split and gratuity day-counts are the figures currently implemented. VAT is configurable per tenant and defaults to 0% until set — the 5% standard rate is reference data, not an enforced calculation. If the law changes, the product and this page must both be updated — they are not a substitute for the official rate.
- Gratuity output is an estimate. It depends on contract type, termination reason, and social-protection status; treat it as a calculation aid, not a legal determination.
- "Supports" ≠ "files for you." SmartPRO produces the data and files; submission to MOL, PASI, and the Tax Authority remains your action.
